Healing Infused Meditation

Service Description

Can't find the time to schedule a Healing Session? Or maybe you'd prefer to have a healing session just before you go to sleep, or at any other time of the day that suits you best? This Tera Mai™ Healing infused meditation gives you all the benefits of a healing session and it's yours to listen to whenever you wish. I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation using visualisation and breathing techniques and then you will receive your healing. When you make your purchase as an appointment, I will use that time to charge your meditation recording for the month ahead and send it out to you. You can also choose to purchase recharge packs as required. Once a month, starting from the time of your purchase/booking, I will send Tera Mai™ energies to your recording recharging it with whatever energies you require for the month ahead. You will receive an email with a summary of any information or guidance I have received on your behalf, as well as an idea of the energies and what you could expect in the month ahead. I am always available if you would like to discuss any experiences or reactions with me.
